Unplanned managerial work: an ambidextrous learning potential

Learning processes have an impact on both specific problems and provide wider knowledge of different work processes. For this, managerial has been identified as crucial. Managerial is ad hoc full daily disturbances, learning in organisations often occurs unplanned, it interest to study during unplanned work. A theoretical framework with two logics, developmental executional were used. These logics are interpreted interdependent duality not only equally important entities.
